Our Story
Mission Driven Marketing was founded in 2019 by Darjan Minov, who spent years working in-house and at agencies, frustrated by the same patterns: overpromising, underdelivering, optimising for vanity metrics, and treating clients like numbers.
We started with a simple premise: what if an agency actually did what it said? What if we specialised instead of generalising? What if we optimised for client results instead of agency revenue?
Today, we’re a distributed team across Europe working primarily with US and European service businesses. We’ve managed millions in ad spend and generated thousands of qualified leads for clients in home services, professional services, and B2B industrial sectors.
